1. About these terms
These terms apply to the JonesMarkC author website and purchases from its related online store, operated by Mark Caldwell Jones. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Mark Caldwell Jones, doing business as JonesMarkC.
Please read these terms before ordering. When you place an order, you agree to the terms presented at checkout, subject to your rights under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Ebook Refund Policy explains our voluntary refund arrangements.
2. Who may order
You must be an adult legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Please provide accurate contact and billing information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep your account and private download links secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Products, prices, and orders
At our initial launch, direct purchases are limited to the ebooks specifically offered for sale. A mention of another book, format, album, or forthcoming release does not mean it is available to purchase.
The product page identifies what you are buying and the available digital formats. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you submit your order. An ebook purchase does not include a printed book or audiobook unless the listing expressly says so.
Prices and availability may change for future orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund it. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized payment, legal restrictions, or inability to supply the product. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded.
4. Checkout and digital delivery
Shopify provides our store and checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary. Payment services such as Shop Pay may have their own account and payment terms. A purchase from us is a purchase from Mark Caldwell Jones; Shopify supplies the commerce platform.
Eligible ebook orders are delivered through BookFunnel. After the order is confirmed, BookFunnel sends download instructions to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is normally automated, but email filtering, incorrect addresses, or service interruptions can cause delays.
Check your spam folder if the email is missing. Contact fparkmediainc@gmail.com with your order number for help, or use BookFunnel's help option on the delivery page. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Download links may expire as stated on the delivery page. Please download and keep a backup of your purchased files. Contact us if you need help after a link expires. We do not promise permanent hosting or compatibility with every device, but this does not limit your rights to a working product as described or an appropriate remedy.
Ebooks have no physical shipping charge. Device or reading-app requirements depend on the format selected. Check the listing and delivery instructions, and ask us before purchasing if you are unsure.
5. Personal use of ebooks
Your purchase gives you a nonexclusive license to download and read the ebook for your personal, noncommercial use. You may keep personal backup copies and read it on your own compatible devices. Copyright remains with the author or other rights holder.
You may not resell, publicly upload, distribute, or share the ebook or its private delivery link without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Some delivered files may include purchaser-identifying information to discourage unauthorized sharing. These terms do not restrict fair use or other rights provided by copyright law.
6. Ebook refunds and support
We want you to receive the ebook you ordered and be able to read it.
If you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, receive an incorrect file, or have trouble downloading or opening your ebook, contact fparkmediainc@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the problem.
For technical problems, we will first help you access the correct file, including directing you to BookFunnel's download support. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the affected ebook. Accidental duplicate purchases are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge. If an incorrect file cannot be replaced with the correct ebook, we will refund that purchase.
Other refund requests are considered individually. This is not an unconditional satisfaction or change-of-mind guarantee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time taken to appear depends on your payment provider.
The 14-day window describes our voluntary support-and-refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Website use and outside services
Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or infringe other people's rights. Website text, artwork, covers, and other content belong to their respective rights holders. No permission for commercial reuse is granted unless expressly stated.
Links to music platforms, retailers, and other services take you to services with their own terms. Purchases made directly from another retailer are handled by that retailer. We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt website features; this does not remove our obligations for purchases already made.
8. Privacy and Shopify services
Wix hosts our author website, and Shopify hosts our store. Shopify processes information when you visit or purchase from the store, including to provide services based on your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. Information is shared with Shopify and other service providers, which may be in other countries, to provide these services. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store.

Agreeing to these terms does not by itself subscribe you to our newsletter or provide consent for optional tracking where separate consent is required.
9. Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to delay exercising a legal right or meeting a legal deadline.
California law governs these terms, except that mandatory consumer protections and any rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction remain available where applicable. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights under an existing order. The version presented when you order applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law. We will provide additional notice when legally required.
